– Implement the “welcome and reception” service as defined by the Delivery Directorate.
– Ensure a discreet and personalized service and to provide customers with everything they need for a pleasant stay.
– Represent Club Med’s Exclusive Collection to our clients
– Supervise the teams in charge of reception in the Exclusive Collection area.
– Guarantee the quality of the team’s relations with clients by reinforcing the unique Club Med spirit.
– Manage the economic results of the reception service (respect of budgets)
– Optimize the local sales of the reception service (Local sales …)
– Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintenance of equipment and materials.By joining the Club Med Exclusive Collection, you will experience a new luxury.
