With more than 10,000 people in the group, in 20 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.Descripción del empleoWhat you´ll be doing as a NGINX Engineer Evaluate the developments that may compromise the capacity of the systems, not
advancing with changes in the code that may add unnecessary complexity.
Development of fault-tolerant mechanisms ensuring the availability of the bank’s
services and applications.
Monitoring of infrastructure and development of predictive alert systems to prevent
incidents.
Participate in post-mortems and communicate stats on system availability.
Legacy components transformation and alignment with current best practices.
Availability to periodically be on call.
Automate/remove any manual intervention in all processes.We’re currently looking for someone who: Experience working with web publishing systems and proxying (Nginx).
Solid knowledge in Linux, system monitoring, tuning and configuration management.
Ability to automate using scripts (mainly Python/Go)
Ability to troubleshoot problems using high- and low-level debugging tools and
techniques throughout all our stack.
Knowledge in deployment/configuration tooling: Ansible / HELM
Experience with version control tools (Git).
Experience working with pipelines.Desirables skills: Akamai security and publishing services.
ELK, Prometheus and Grafana.
Azure Devops services (Pipelines, Repos, Boards)
Infrastructure-as-a-Code using Terraform.
Cloud Provider services, S3, VM, networking (Azure preferred)Información adicionalPermanent contracts.
