Telia Danmark Mobil are building up a new modern organization in Copenhagen where we need to step out from Telia Company group and join Norlys A/S.For the mobile and fixed sector, we need an Incident & Problem Manager that works after ITIL.I’m Magnus Oscarsson and I’m leading a team of experts that take care of 2nd line for both Mobile and fixed services. We are also taking part of the products for all segments B2B, B2C and B2O. Building, solving incidents, but even more, prevents incidents to happen.Your new team | diverseYou will be a part of a diverse team who are talking English or Scandinavian and are multi-cultural.
