We work to support vulnerable communities, influence policy, and drive systemic change.Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee programs that support human rights and mental health initiatives
Lead project planning, implementation, and evaluation
Coordinate advocacy efforts and community engagement
Supervise a team of passionate volunteersQualifications Experience in program management (preferably in NGOs or social impact sectors)
Knowledge of human rights frameworks and mental health policies
Good leadership, communication, and fundraising skills
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
