We have offices in Belgium, Spain, Thailand and the US.Job descriptionAs dedicated warehouse teamleader you will work closely with a motivated team of warehouse operators and will provide our (small) team day to day guidance.You will report to the head of construction and will work together to continuously improve the warehouse operations. The warehouse teamleader possesses a hands-on mentality by assisting the warehouse operators in on-going tasks, based on priority and workload.Tasks:

  • you ensure that everyone in the team executes their tasks correct and efficiently and provide the necessary instructions and tools;
  • you follow-up the operations closely and ensure that KPI’s are met;
  • you regularly report to the head of construction and implement actions for continuous improvement;
  • leading by example is your trademark, working along with the warehouse operators gives you energy;
  • beside the day to day operations you keep helicopter perspective and take of the resource scheduling.
  • Taking decisions is part of your nature and you are able to communicate these clearly

Your profile

  • You possess a technical degree from a higher education (Bachelor) or relevant experience.
  • You have experience with managing and organizing mechanical construction, the corresponding materials, safety and quality regulations.
  • You like to work in a team and consult with colleagues.
  • You are organizationally strong and work in a structured way. This allows you to process the administration efficiently with MS Office, Sharepoint and other internal programs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with tools like Sharepoint.
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English.

  • Experience with forklift operations and/or construction activities is an asset.
