We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will excel in providing leadership, ensuring compliance with procedures, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

-Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model, improve teamwork and provide guidance.
– Ensure procedures are documented & followed.
-Monitor staff performance (including time-keeping, quality, and productivity) within the department. 
-Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
-Coordinate efficient operation of the department/shift, this concerns 25 to 35 employees.
-Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
 

Key Qualifications

-Managing and coaching skills: listens and responds effectively to questions; respects all internal and external customers; acts as a role model and leads teams in a professional manner.
-2 – 3 years of experience in a leading role in a logistics/manufacturing environment.
-Good communication and relationship-building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing), same in Dutch is a pro.
-Process thinking and ability to translate improvements in actions.
– Ability to work in a challenging environment and work with changing priorities & deadlines.
-Knowledge of and ability to work with warehouse/logistic systems; PC literate – able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, ect.) – essential for reporting.
