As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLEAs Inventory Control Supervisor, you and your team are responsible for inventory reliability within the warehouse in Roosendaal. In our warehouse, we process orders for a large, international clothing brand. The warehouse covers approximately 60,000 m², and depending on the season, between 300 and 600 people work here.You will be part of a motivated and international team of supervisors, immersed in the dynamics of the warehouse. In this role, you will primarily be physically present on the floor and will focus on continuously improving your department.In Roosendaal, teamwork is close-knit and driven. We also enjoy eating apple turnovers together when there’s something to celebrate!WHAT WILL YOU DO?You will lead a team of 15 to 20 driven individuals, consisting of assistant supervisors, troubleshooters, Inventory Controllers, and Inventory Control Analysts. You will report to the Operations Support Manager. The team works in two shifts (06:00-15:00 & 15:00-00:00), but you have the flexibility to set your own hours between 07:00-18:00.As Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be involved in:

• Motivating, directing, and developing your team members;
• Accurately maintaining inventory levels to contribute to efficient operations;
• Timely identifying and reporting deviations in quality;
• Planning and overseeing the biannual inventory count;
• Monitoring agreed KPIs between CEVA and the client;
• Contributing to improvement projects (Kaizens) using the LEAN methodology.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a driven individual with proven experience in leading an operational team. You are familiar with Inventory Control, have knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, and are an experienced Excel user. You combine analytical insight with strong communication and social skills.
