Your new role
As our Warehouse Specialist, you will be a key technical authority ensuring that warehouse facilities, utilities and validated solutions are designed, operated and expanded in a way that balances GMP requirements with efficient, sustainable operations. You will play an important role in securing inspection readiness – but your core value lies in shaping strong technical and facility solutions that work in daily operations.
You will work closely with operations, engineering and quality stakeholders to design and maintain warehouse solutions that meet regulatory expectations without over-engineering, and that support long-term operational excellence and capacity expansion.
In this role, you will:

-Act as technical subject matter expert within warehouse facilities, including HVAC, utilities, cleanroom environments and validated systems
-Set direction for GMP-compliant technical solutions, ensuring the right balance between regulatory requirements, operational efficiency and minimum necessary controls
-Define and support validation strategies related to warehouse facilities, equipment and utilities in collaboration with engineering and quality teams
-Serve as expert advisor on facility-related projects, ensuring compliant, lean and sustainable warehouse facilities
-Support and set direction for warehouse capacity expansion projects, including design, commissioning and integration of new facilities
-Act as SME for GMP requirements related to warehousing and material handling, translating regulations into practical operational solutions
-Contribute to inspection readiness activities, including participation in audits and inspections, and coaching teams when required
-Represent Sourcing Warehousing in cross-functional projects related to intra-logistics, facility changes and operational improvements
Your new department
In External Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. As we continue to expand our capacity and capabilities, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our operations.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a technically strong specialist with deep understanding of GMP-regulated facilities and warehouse environments. To succeed in this role, you should have:
