Warehouse operative

Here at GXO logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Manor Royal, Crawley.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:00 and Friday 07:30 – 12:30.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Receive, locate, pick, and ship goods within a warehouse
• Carry out manual handling tasks as part of daily operations
• Use FLT/HPT equipment as required (training provided where needed)
• Accurately process stock using computer systems for inventory control
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all tasks

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily manual handling duties
• Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
• A positive attitude and ability to follow procedures
