Warehouse operative

Here at GXO logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Ikea team in Dartford.

You will be working any 5 out of 7 days. Fixed working hours are available, and you can choose from the following shifts: 6:00-14:00, 14:00 -22:00, or 22:00-6:00.

• Annual salary: £26,477.57 – £30,934.6219.24 ,depending of the shift

What you will do on a typical day:

• Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
• Pick, check, and handle stock accurately and efficiently
• Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure orders are prepared correctly
• Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
• Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
• Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
• Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
