The Position
As our new Warehouse GMP Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with GMP regulations while contributing to the ongoing optimization of our warehouse processes. Your focus will be on preparing the warehouse for future growth and changes, actively participating in safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives as well as ensuring smooth SAP operations.
You will have the opportunity to:

-Focus on quality assurance and compliance by guiding the warehouse in adhering to quality and GMP requirements, including change requests and deviations
-Actively engage in workshops, tests, and process enhancements to contribute to operational optimization, applying LEAN methodologies
-Assist in SAP operations and ensure seamless system support for the warehouse operations
-Participate in projects across the organization, collaborating with diverse teams as well as sharing your insights and expertise
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you possess the following qualifications:

-Professional proficiency in both Danish and English
-An academic degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s or master’s level)
-Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
-A hands-on approach to executing processes and tackling challenges
Experience with GMP is highly appreciated, and previous support experience as well as experience within Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain are advantageous but not a prerequisite.
About the Department
You will be joining the Warehouse team at NNPR situated in the Supply Chain department, playing a key role in the department’s core functions. The Warehouse team is responsible for overseeing inbound processes, managing deliveries for production, and ensuring the preparation for shipment. In this collaborative environment, you will closely work with other support professionals to streamline and optimize workflows. Your role is instrumental in facilitating the efficiency of our operations and enhancing the overall productivity of the warehouse.
