We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Flexible Manufacturing Workerto join our team specializing in Logistics for our Components Business Segment in Huddersfield.

This is a 3-month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent dependent based on performance and business needs, working 35 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 2.30pm – 10.15pm, Friday 2pm – 8.15pm.

Salary is £28,200.

No previous experience is required, full training will be provided. All you must bring is an open mind and willingness to learn. Good communication and collaboration skills will help you to succeed.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.

• Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.

• Remain flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Warehouse experience preferred but not essential.

• Ability to prioritise work.

• Basic understanding of computer packages.

• Good communication skills.

• Work well within a team.
