Are you a technician or similar with warehouse management and logistics experience in a GMP production environment?  In Cultivation Pilot plant we are looking for an organized and service minded person that want to make a difference for people living with diabetes and other chronic diseases. If that is you, then this is the opportunity for you!

What’s in it for you?
You will be part of a skilled support team and you will together with campaign chemists and technicians order, receive and document raw materials according to the procedures in place. A great part of the work is communication and sparring with the production facilities and other, both internal and external stakeholders.

We offer you the opportunity to work with:
•    Warehouse management – You will be responsible for our raw material handling, and act as the link between daily production and the overall production planning
•    The Warehouse Management modules in SAP and PAS-X
•    Identifying and taking active part in solving logistics improvements across the department to achieve a good flow and making sure the campaigns can run as smooth as possible

You will get the opportunity to gain solid insights into, and also be able to influence, the workflow and procedures.
We are working and documenting according to good manufacturing Practice (GMP), and it is therefore expected that you have a strong quality mindset and a systematic approach to your work. We are offering an exciting job with a big impact and responsibility, and it will entail a mix of practical and administrative tasks.

Which competencies to bring?
It’s important that you have experience with warehouse planning and logistics in a GMP setting as this is a big part of your work. All the raw material handling is done in SAP and PAS-X so a solid knowledge and experience with those systems or similar systems is a great benefit.

We imagine that you show initiative, and are curious, action- and goal-oriented. You are good at planning and execution, and you are also structured and systematic in your approach to tasks. You like the mix of practical and administrative tasks, and you are ready to play an active role in making sure the warehouse has a good flow and is running smooth for the campaigns and production teams using the warehouse.

You will be working with various departments and stakeholders, so good collaboration and communication skills are essential. It is an advantage that you can communicate in both Danish and English.

As a person it comes natural for you to build relations and contribute to a great collaboration with the colleagues at the facilities. Furthermore, it is vital to gain a thorough understanding of processes and understand the needs of the production teams since they are the main stakeholders.
