Job Title: Waking Night Mental Health Support Worker

Location: Crawley

Salary: From £10.70

Hours: Full Time (36 hours) – Shifts 20.00pm-08.00am (3-4 days per week)

The Role

We are looking for the stars of tomorrow, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals that are recovering from a mental health condition. You will help some amazing people get back on their feet and achieve their dreams.

You will be there to provide support, this could be emotional support during a crisis, to have a chat over a cup of tea or just be a friendly face to give reassurance. You will also ensure the property and people are safe and secure.

The ideal Person:

  • Previous experience or a keen interest in mental health would be beneficial but more important is a reassuring, non judgemental and calm approach.

  • Passionate about supporting others and want to make a difference

  • A positive and caring nature.

  • Energetic and understanding

  • Ability to handle sometimes difficult situations and be resilient.

  • A good sense of humour
