To lead our Global Sales Team we are looking for you based in Sulzberg (DE) or Murten (Switzerland) as

Global VP Sales, Service & Marketing (m/f)


  • Partner with our executive leadership team and sales partners to create a comprehensive commercial growth strategy that align to key business objectives

  • Own the long-term strategy for Water Infrastructure Inspection sales, marketing, and service

  • Build and foster a high-performing, metrics-driven sales culture by developing and implementing an integrated sales cadence, forecasting process, and operating plan

  • Develop and cultivate key relationships with customers globally

  • Obtain voice of customer and understand product needs through site visits and attending industry-related tradeshows

  • Communicate vertically and cross functionally to encourage debate and invite diverse perspectives that drive better business outcomes through collaboration and innovation


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred

  • Profound experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing both with direct and indirect sales channels

  • Experience in the water infrastructure industry is desired

  • Global experience leading large Commercial organizations and Commercial strategy development

  • Track record as an agent of change, who has established customer-centric and growth-minded teams that lead through collaborative partnerships

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams with a strong culture and results orientation

  • Strong cross-functional business acumen and understanding

  • Business fluent English and German language skills

  • Ability to travel to sites and visit customers as needed (approximately 30-50 %)
