About the Role

As a Vice President of Human Resources, you are there to challenge, coach and support in equal amount; to help strategically shape the future organization to deliver the growth and performance outcomes of the business.

You will build an intimate understanding of the business challenges the business is working to solve and be able to re-frame those challenges from the perspective of talent and employee experience. As a member of our HR Leadership Team within LNRS, you are recognized for your commercial acumen and are able to influence the future direction of the business beyond your functional expertise.

You will enable the businesses strategic priorities and deliver an employee experience that empowers the business to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Leading organizational design, effectiveness, and change initiatives. This includes employee engagement, cultural assessment and gap analysis, leadership development and succession readiness.

  • Serving as the HR subject matter expert for UK country laws and contracts

  • Designing and shaping the people agenda with a talent and culture focus

  • Leading complex initiatives such as Mergers and Acquisition activities

  • Owning strategic workforce planning to support short to long-term business goals

  • Aligning with COEs to define optimal solutions and orchestrating across multiple HR functions and develop best practice programs/capabilities

  • Influencing and informing business decisions with data-driven insights

  • Driving and supporting communication plans across the project/organization

Requirements

  • Have proven experience and/or education in the HR field

  • Have previous experience working in a matrixed, COE-enabled HR organization

  • Be knowledgeable with Workday

  • Possess solid business acumen with a track record of translating vision and strategies into clear goals.

  • Demonstrate change management capability.

  • Have extensive knowledge of UK HR and employment laws, HR contracts, etc.

  • Display effective communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Be able to facilitate large leadership discussions, coaching and influencing, with outcome-driven results

  • Proven ability to analyze data to solve complex problems, as well as using data to quantify and measure success

  • Proven track record of implementing people priorities associated with significant organizational change and redesign program

  • Understanding of project management principles and experience of managing projects to successful conclusion
