Do you want to help create a sustainable and fair food supply for all Copenhageners?Do you want to help make a big difference for the Copenhagen Food Association’s branches in Copenhagen?Do you have time one Wednesday a month between 10 and 12?Then we and our beautiful, local and organic vegetables need you!The Copenhagen Food Association, KBHFF, is an independent, member-owned and -operated shopping association in Copenhagen that supports small organic and biodynamic growers based primarily in Zealand.We focus on offering tasty and organic/biodynamic locally produced food. For us, “consumer influence” is not just the ability to choose between different products. In the food community, customers are both members, ’employees’ and co-owners. That is why joint meals, workshops, grower meetings and farm tours are also regularly arranged so that members can get to know each other, our growers and our vegetables better.All tasks in KBHFF are solved by volunteers. We help each other buy vegetables from growers in Zealand, organize them in our shared warehouse at the Hotel & Restaurant School in Valby, drive them out to our 9 departments in Copenhagen, run the local shops and work with the administrative and cross-functional tasks that come with to run a shopping association.

Right now we especially need volunteers for our shared warehouse at the Hotel & Restaurant School in Valby. Here we receive wonderful, fresh vegetables from the many small growers we work with. The goods must be distributed to our 9 local departments. It takes place on Wednesdays from 10-12, and we need you approx. once a month.Come and join a nice volunteer shift – you don’t have to be the world’s strongest to be able to join. We value all hands and the good community in all our departments.We are an independent, volunteer-run association. This means that you, as a member, have a direct influence on the association’s operation and development. You have the opportunity to influence decisions in your local branch, at joint meetings that are held every two months at our joint warehouse, as well as by participating in the annual general meeting. .Contact us on the button “Contact Orgnisation”
