The ECMS (Eurosystem Collateral Management System) is the unified platform of the Eurosystem, which will replace the 21 current monetary policy collateral management systems used by the national central banks of the Eurosystem. The ECMS platform is intended for the settlement of the Eurosystem’s credit operations and will enable the harmonized management of collateral deposited by credit institutions with national central banks as a guarantee for these operations, as well as for intraday credit lines.Our client is setting up the necessary system, both at the central level and among contributing entities, to align with this platform for collateral delivery to the ECB, with an effective operational date by the end of 2024. The contributing entities must migrate to the new system, and specific assistance for this migration has been identified as necessary.MISSIONS
This mission specifically concerns the scope of private claims.The tasks to be performed include:
– Assisting the project teams with direct A2A deliveries for the migration to the new system aligned with ECMS using the functionalities of the ECMS U2A interface.
– Assisting the PDL project team in coordinating all necessary tasks listed in the production schedule, including managing relations with entities and providing exceptional support in case of explicit requests related to rejection analysis.
– Identifying the PDL load in RUN based on operational cases encountered during the initialization and integration phases.
– Providing technical support to the A2A project team in case of transfer flow incidents or non-receipt of files by ECMS or the 3CP platform.
– Acting as the liaison with the Banque de France for incidents encountered at the central level.Key requierd * Experience with the ECMS platform is mandatory.

• Experience with the Banque de France is a significant advantage.
• Fluent English.
• At least 7 years of experience.
