We are looking for a creative, detail-driven, and passionate Visual Merchandiser to bring the adidas Brand Center in Stockholm to life.

This is not just about standards and execution – it’s about building moments that stop customers in their tracks, inspire emotion, and turn shopping into a true brand experience.

At adidas, you will play a key role in shaping how consumers feel the brand the moment they walk in.
 
What you’ll do:

• Bring the adidas visual merchandising direction to life in-store and create powerful brand moments

• Build inspiring product presentations that drive both storytelling and commercial performance

• Execute flawless window displays, mannequins, and in-store installations that elevate the brand experience

• Create clear and impactful Shop-in-Shop and category presentations that guide the consumer journey

• Ensure store standards are consistently high and aligned with global VM guidelines

• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to bring campaigns and launches to life in a bold and engaging way

• Own weekly floor updates, space management, and product presentation adjustments

• Monitor and improve in-store execution through VM compliance checks and photo reporting

• Take care of VM equipment, props, and fixtures to maintain a premium store environment

• Act as a key link between regional VM teams and the store, sharing feedback and ideas

• Support campaign setups, seasonal changes, and special brand activations
 
Who you are:

• Passionate about sport, fashion, and visual storytelling

• Creative, detail-oriented, and obsessed with presentation excellence

• A strong communicator who collaborates easily with store teams and leadership

• Commercially aware — you understand how VM drives sales and customer experience

• Confident working independently and taking ownership of your space

• Flexible and adaptable to campaign launches and changing priorities

• Previous Visual Merchandising experience is required

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
