Reporting to the VM Manager EMEA, the Visual Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating in store experience to ensure that visual merchandising presentations in the TNF Retail O&O Stores, Partner Stores and Shop-in-Shop are delivered in line with our brand.

The Visual Merchandiser is playing a key role in the development of all guidelines using a range of design and vm softwares (visual retailing, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator and sketch-up), and will develop and elevate VM standards that reflect the brand DNA.

What will you do:

  • Implementing visual merchandising strategy across France O&O and PSS doors (windows, instore) supervising external suppliers during executions and installations

  • Ensuring the strategy is in line with the brand and HQ guidelines.

  • Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal campaigns.

  • Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.

  • Plan and support on new store openings.

  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers.

  • Support HQ on creative briefings, providing detailed floor plans for display areas.

  • Accountable for all Retail Marketing executions providing immediate feedbacks to all stores through Yoobic.

  • Train Vm ambassadors and in-store teams and on VM standards.

  • Liaising with other departments, including creative, buyers, allocations operations, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.

  • Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.

  • Monitoring costs and working within budget.

  • Researching vm trends that will support the visual merchandising strategy.

  • Support during special events/ ad hoc projects also outside France.

  • Support on creation of Visual Merchandising Guidelines.

How you’ll make a difference…

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as a field visual merchandiser

  • Comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team prioritizing projects

  • Multitasking skills

  • Good at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, or other visual design tools, (visual retailing is a plus)

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.

  • Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus.
