We operate with agents in 350 ports in 80 countries all over the world. We are still growing hence we are looking for communicative and motivated colleague who will support us in our daily tasks. Join our team in Szczecin which consists of 9 talented Viking Hub Coordinators.What you will support us with :Collecting data from nominated Agents to estimate costs of port callsCooperation with Local Agencies to provide all required informationChecking final cost breakdown for their accuracy towards the guidelines, tariffs, contractsCoordination of required clarification processArranging payments from the Customer to Local Ports in cooperation with other departmentsContacting all parties in a professional way to build positive and close relationships.This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have:Good command of English: verbal and writtenComputer literacyAbility to draw conclusions from the performed tasksTeam player as well as independent work attitude
