Job Description:Description du Poste:Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l’Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d’offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d’acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l’étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d’éligibilité de Business France. Principaux critères d’exigibilité du VIE :

  • Être citoyen(ne) de l’Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.
  • Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Pour plus d’informations:(en anglais, en allemand, en italien et en espagnol).La durée d’un VIE est de 6 à 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation.Une opportunité de VIE Généraliste RH & Gestion de Projets se présente au sein d’ Office à Tres Cantos, á 10 minutes de Madrid en voiture.Vous rejoindrez le département des Ressources Humaines.Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez diverses initiatives au sein de l’entreprise, notamment:

  • Assister le Département de RH dans les tâches de gouvernance administratives
  • Créer et gérer des projets
  • Collaborer et contribuer aux projets de gouvernance RH liés aux KPIs et à la performance

Vos challenges:

  • Travailler sur l’efficacité opérationnelle de l’entreprise au travers des processus RH
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes afin de comprendre les besoins du business et de proposer des projet alignés avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise
  • Créer des projets et plannings associés
  • Suivre la progression des projets , proposer des solutions concrètes lorsque nécessaire

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir dans le pays tous les 2 à 3 mois, et éventuellement à Toulouse où est située une partie de l’équipe. Vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.Votre carte d’embarquement:Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes:

  • Titulaire d’un diplôme en Business, Ressources Humaines , Management ou équivalent
  • Première expérience en RH ou Business de préférence (alternance et stage inclus)
  • Domaines d’expertise digitale, pensée critique, communication et collaboration
  • Outils informatiques

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes:

  • Excellente communication verbale et écrite
  • Fortes compétences analytiques et organisationnelles
  • Pensée critique
  • Orienté Solution
  • Anglais et Espagnol niveau avancé

ENGLISH VERSIONThe Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.VIE Main Requirements:

For more information: (in English, German, Italian and Spanish)The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.A VIE for the HR Projects Specialist has arisen within Office in Tres Cantos, 10 minutes far from Madrid by car. You will join the Human Resources Department. In this role you will be supporting several initiatives within the Company, mainly:

– Supporting the HR Department with governance administration tasks
– Creating & managing project plans
– Collaborating & contributing to HR governance projects around KPIs and performanceYour challenges:
  • Working to support the operational efficiency of the entity from HR Processes.
  • Works with key stakeholders to understand the business needs, and creates a project management plan that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Creates project plans, project charters and project schedules
  • Reports on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise

This role will involve some travel for business, once every 2-3 months in Country and as needed to Toulouse where the rest of the team is based and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.Your boarding pass:You have the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business, HR, Management studies or a related discipline.
  • First experience in HR or business preferred (areas of expertise digital skills, critical thinking, communication and collaboration) (apprenticeships and internships included )
  • IT tools

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Communication with excellent verbal and written ability
  • good analytical and strong organizational skills,
  • Critical Thinking
  • Problem Solving
  • Language Skills: advanced level of English and Spanish
