In a multilingual context, we offer a 12 month VIE, renewable up to 24 months, within our Ibérie subsidiary based in Barcelona. AS 24 Ibérie is involved in the commercial and network development of 2 countries: Spain and Portugal.Reporting to the Managing Director of the Iberia Hub, you will be in contact with the Iberia General Secretariat, Sales team (field and office staff) and Supply, as well as the team of the AS24 headquarters based in Nantes (France).The position is based on 3 axes.1/ Sales

  • Assist sales representatives in optimizing customer visits (preparation of tools, numerical analysis, reporting). Key-user Sales force.
  • Support the sales team in monthly campaigns (upselling existing customers, lost customers, prospecting wave) and analyze data – Salesforce tool.
  • Participate in the deployment of our new products and services (especially toll offer). • Elaborate files for major customers and according to the needs of the subsidiary
  • Participate in the animation of the sales meetings of the subsidiary

2/ Supply/Network

  • Analyze our volumes (stations, subsidiaries, customers) and propose action plans to the Subsidiary Manager and the sales team.
  • Prepare business reviews with TotalEnergies, partners.
  • Participate in the preparation of development files. • Update competition studies and data in dedicated tools.

3/ Business Analyst / Optimization

  • Review procedures and analyze management tools.
  • Defines and analyzes optimization gains.
  • Proposes and participates in the implementation of new tools with a more automatic process (PowerBI or other)

Context & EnvironmentThe selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
