Job Description

As a rapidly growing startup with expanding operations across multiple countries, we are seeking to recruit a VIE specializing in Finance to support our financial management and business control needs such as:

1. Follow-up of our monthly operational / financial closing files (improvements + automations)

2. Cash forecast automation

3. HR costs reconciliation (bonus, mobility budget, cafeteria plan, social costs etc..)

4. Improvement of Actual vs BDG P&L & KPI’s follow-up

5. Intercompany transactions standardization for closings

6. Standardization + continuous improvement budget / forecast file

7. Link with sales to standardize shared information (customer numbers / figures / contracts)

Qualifications

Educational background: Master in Finance / Economy / Grande Ecole

Previous experience: First experience/ Internships in finance or controlling appreciated

Skills: Willingness to learn / flexibility / open-minded / proactive / communicative / rigorous

Languages: Intermediate english as minimum

As a plus: Experience in Bigquery (SQL)
