Where is the Position?
The position is located in our plant in Vienna, Austria, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment of method department.
Which missions will you lead?
- Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process using Lean techniques and tools.
- Lead the deployment of standard Schneider Electric’s Digitals Tools (DISS, LDS) and be part of RPA ideation and implementation.
- Improve the Lead Time, the capacity and the productivity of our production lines by leading major cross-functional projects.
- Be involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.
- Ensure the deployment of Schneider Production System Principles.
- Deploy the 5S, according to our high standards of safety, quality and cleanliness.
- Study the feasibility and profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
- Ensure the versatility and the competencies by writing operator work instructions.
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Engineer with specialization in Industry
Work experience: Internship or apprenticeship with similar experience
Skills:
- Good knowledges of Lean manufacturing
- Ability to drive/animate a session with multiple stakeholders (Kaizen leader).
- Able to drive a project and to conduct change management.
- Experience in industrial management, production or related.
- Appetence and interest for IT, willing to learn and adapt the new technologies (Tableau, BI, PowerAutomate, …)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requested languages: Fluent in English. German as an advantage, interest for the Germanic/Austrian culture is a must.
