As a member of our Human Resources team, you will support and develop Euronext employees fostering diversity, sustainability, innovation, and high performance.Your role in the Talent TeamThe Talent team supports Euronext individual and collective development through the drive of an engagement, performance and talent strategy. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on key HR development projects, supporting the Head of Talent at a Group level and the HR Director and Business Partner locally in the Netherlands.At a Group level, you will support the Head of Talent in the following projects:1) Talent Development to train employees on strategic and transversal topics across businesses / locations :Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our learning offerings in areas such as financial knowledge, ESG, diversity & inclusion, leadership, management and more.Develop and implement training programs, including seminars, webinars, and lunch & learn sessions.Manage our online platform (Learning Management System) for employeesMonitor & consolidate training KPIs across Euronext Group, ensure the accuracy of our data and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement2) Talent Acquisition to continuously develop our employer branding:Strengthen our employer brand across various platforms for instance by managing interviews of Euronext employees, revamping our career websiteDrive recruitment processes for our International Graduate Programme, in collaboration with Hiring Managers across different functions and locations: competence clarification, advertisement, job interviews, testing and the administrative aspects of on-/offboardingSupport the continuous improvement of the recruitment processes and the module of our HR Information System3) HR development to deploy various projects defined in the Euronext strategic plan “Growth for Impact 2024” focusing on employee engagement and retention, internal mobility, and performance reviews.Locally, you will support the HR Director of Netherlands and the HR Business Partner in their roles:Learning and Development: Collect local training needs, organize and local trainingsRecruitment: support recruitment and onboarding processesEmployee engagement: Support in rolling-out local engagement initiatives.The key responsibilities describe only the main activities and are not exhaustive.Your profile1 to 3 years experience in HR or consulting with exposure to recruitment and/or training and/or HRISExcellent command of English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of another European language is appreciated (French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Norwegian…)
