They provide guidance, standardization, tools and services to leverage the cross cluster missions especially on processes, products and projects where this European approach is expected to unblock and add value. The activities span from Sales projects and tools to end to end Supply Chain optimizations or specific high value product focus. Team members are distributed in clusters and guided by the Industrial Merchant VP working in strict cooperation with countries and clusters-
The VIE role will be based in the SWE cluster, specifically in Madrid, Spain.Presentation of the Team and Business Activities:The team is composed of :
The Argon Director for Europe Industries, who will be your manager.
Languages spoken : French, English, Spanish
The Operations Argon Leader, who already deployed a methodology for forecasting demands for Argon and will provide you with some support on how to replicate it for O2 and N2.
Languages spoken : Dutch, French, EnglishHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Based on your analysis of our clients’ forecasted demands by 2040, you will define Air Liquide’s O2, N2 and Argon production strategy and objectives for the European scope.As part of the energy transition and the transformation of certain key markets, it is essential for Air Liquide Europe Industries to adapt its production of O2, N2, and Argon to the demands of our clients and emerging markets. Alongside the Director of the Argon Europe Industries division, you will replicate the methodology established for Argon, adapting it to the specific needs of the mission, and participate in defining the production strategy for liquid Nitrogen and Oxygen in Europe.You will contribute to this mission by…Gathering the necessary data from key internal stakeholders (European production control center, subsidiary operations directors, product directors, market directors, etc.);Consolidating and analyzing the data to derive relevant indicators and forecast scenarios (supply & demand vision 2025-2040);Defining a strategy adapted to the needs revealed by the data analysis;Adapting the methodology deployed for Argon to the specific needs of O2 and N2.Why Join Us?You will be able to develop your strategic vision, your analytical skills and learn how to deploy and adapt forecasting methods.
