The position
We are sharing an exciting opportunity for a 1-year maternity cover for Vice President of Attraction & Onboarding in Novo Nordisk’s Global Talent Acquisition. You will be reporting to the Corporate Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and be an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team. The position is located at Novo Nordisk’s headquarters in Bagsvaerd, Denmark.
In the role you will:
• Set the strategic direction for positioning Novo Nordisk as an attractive workplace in a competitive talent market.
• Lead and inspire a global team to translate business and workforce needs into strategic employer branding, early talent, and onboarding initiatives.
• Together with the teams, define a mid-term strategic roadmap in alignment with corporate and P&O strategy and business needs.
• Assess the operating model to respond to strategic talent needs proactively and efficiently.
• Build a sustainable funding model and create transparency around services and ROI.
• Define and deliver on 2025 targets and measure the effectiveness of employer branding, early talent, and onboarding efforts.
Preferred Competencies
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following:
• Experience in a global organisation.
• Knowledge of industry trends and benchmarks.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to set and execute a strategy and vision.
• Experience in strategy consulting and organisational change projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Attraction & Onboarding is a dynamic and collaborative team of app. 30 colleagues, dedicated to positioning Novo Nordisk as an employer of choice, attracting and developing early talents, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
The team is part of Novo Nordisk’s Global Talent Acquisition organization of app. 700 colleagues, who are dedicated to attracting the right people to meet our global business needs.
