The position

As Vice President, Marketing, Medical & Regulatory for region EUCAN you will be reporting to the regional Senior Vice President, EUCAN and lead a department of 38 people including nine direct reports.

This is a position for an enterprise-minded leader who thrives on strategic execution and team development. You’ll translate global strategy into regional impact, balancing commercial ambition with medical rigour across diverse market archetypes.

You enjoy acting as an enterprise advocate, influencing and supporting strategy both up and down the organisational chain. Likewise you have a strong focus on developing and coaching a high-performing, diverse team across regions, fostering talent development and leadership capability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

-Oversee brand marketing activities
-Monitor and analyse market trends
-Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
-Oversee Consumer Engagement and Digital Media CoE
-Oversee launches, campaigns and sales performance
-Develop and execute scientific communication strategy
-Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
-Provide medical education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
-Oversee Key Account & Online Sales Excellence
-Oversee Regulatory and PV activities

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

-Minimum 15 years of experience in brand marketing, including strategic planning and execution.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in medical affairs or related field.
-Proven track record in leading marketing and/or medical initiatives with significant impact on organisational results.
-Strong track record of building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and International Professional Associations.
-GM or large BU or BA level exposure with accountability for both medical and marketing, including P&L.
-Launch and/or Life Cycle Management experience.
-Experience in multiple market archetypes, including at least one large market.
-Leadership across several therapy areas or portfolio management.
-Leadership of diverse, high-performing teams across regions or globally. Preferably experience as leader of leaders.

Education:

-Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Medicine or a related field.
