Nom de la société : Global Pharmaceutical GroupPhénicia Conseil, for a Global Pharmaceutical Group, facing a rapid international expansion also by acquiring competitors in various European and Asian countries, is looking for a :Vice President – Global HR (M/W)France/Swiss/International – Expats or LocalsResponsibilitiesThe VP HR will be responsible for the strategic oversight of all human capital programs and policies, ensuring they are in line with the company’s vision and goals. This includes fostering a positive work culture, overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, and directing the People and Culture, Learning and Development, and Organizational Development sectors. The role also involves maintaining effective employee relations, addressing issues, and collaborating with the C-Suite on strategic planning. The role is pivotal in shaping the company’s people and culture strategies, and the candidate should be adept at fostering a work environment that enhances employee engagement and productivity.Skills and Requirements

  • 15+ years experience in Human Resources function in Structured Multinational Groups and in a Global Environment
  • Should have experience in managing in a global environment and driving best people practices :Talent Development, Succession Planning, Organization Design, Performance Management, Compensation, and benefits)
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of management and provide strategic inputs
  • Experience managing staff & complex international and multicultural HR issues
  • Frequent business trips within Europe , Asia and Middle east have to be considererd

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with a master’s degree being a plus, and possess an SPHR certification.
  • Key skills required include demonstrable knowledge and experience in benefit functions, compensation administration, and HR metrics.
  • French and English written and spoken at professional level ( other European language welcome as additional value)
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Groups as an added value
