Vice President, Global Commercial Experience

Are you ready to support Lundbeck’s commercial operational model to be more efficient and effective while ensuring measurable business impact? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the transformation of Lundbeck’s commercial model towards a more customer-centric and intelligence-driven organization.

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

This role will be crucial in integrating an omnichannel approach and advanced analytics, partnering with key senior stakeholders. The main purpose is to play a catalytic role in adding value through a seamless and personalized experience for all key external stakeholders, supporting Lundbeck’s commercial operational model to be more efficient and effective while ensuring measurable business impact. You will also be responsible for:

-Lead the Omnichannel (OC) and Advanced Analytics commercial transformation of Lundbeck
-Establish central hubs for marketing operations, including content & campaign and BI/AI (Business Insights/Artificial Intelligence) hubs.
-Partner with Global Strategic Marketing leadership peers to lead and develop a high-performing organization.
-Build and enhance global competencies on the new commercial model driven by OC and analytics.
-Play a key catalyzing role in advancing the excellence in global commercial deliveries via platforms, systems, and programs across Lundbeck.

The Global Commercial Experience team is on a mission to redefine customer engagement excellence. Partnering with key internal stakeholders we evolve capabilities for an experience-centric and intelligence-driven organization. Focus is on supporting the lifecycle management of Lundbeck’s strategic brands and shaping the future of Lundbeck through people, culture, capabilities, and innovative technology.

Global Commercial Experience consists of
4 main operation areas;

– Global Platform Capabilities,

– Global AI & Analytics,

– Marketing Operations and Customer Engagement Excellence

You will support a leadership team of six dedicated employees.

The Vice President of Global Commercial Experience will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Marketing and become a part of a leadership team of seven senior leaders.

The position is in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

Our ideal candidate has:

-Fluency in English (spoken and written).

-Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial and/or commercial excellence.
-A minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing and communications strategy in the pharmaceutical sector with a focus on omnichannel.
-Experience in regional or global roles on top of local leadership roles.
-A passion for customer experience design and a proven history of developing strategic and operational plans for multichannel/omnichannel campaigns.
-Experience in organizational change management and established leadership skills.
-Good understanding of analytics and OC in change management.
-Understanding of how new technologies can be integrated into the pharmaceutical value chain to maximize business value.
-High team leadership capabilities, including people development and coaching.
-Experience working proactively in a diverse multicultural environment.
-Demonstrable alignment with our Lundbeck company culture.
-Comprehensive) leadership and proven history of effective management of complex projects across functions and regions.
-Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
-High stakeholder management skills.
 

Education / Certifications
:

-Master’s degree in marketing/communications or equivalent leadership experience in digital marketing.
