This role is located in Wroclaw, hybird.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support the bank’s significant strategic development by working closely with our principal business partner and gaining meaningful exposure to business leads.
• Lead a team of skilled professionals to manage and drive forward key workstreams and initiatives, enhancing your leadership and project management skills.
• Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology, and operational support areas, effectively resolving problems/issues and identifying service improvement areas.
• Understand and support pControl End to End (E2E) “Operating Model” scenarios for demonstration and client implementation purposes, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across various teams including Trades/Recons, Pricing, Security Master, Client Onboarding, and Technology Support to deliver superior service.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4-7 years of total work experience, with a strong foundation in daily accounting systems processing, workflow architecture, automation, and information delivery.
• At least 1 year in a management role, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Solid understanding of ancillary products and services provided to the client base (e.g., pricing, corporate actions, trade processing), security types, transaction flows, and the impacts of mistakes.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to junior team members, acting as a point of escalation for break analysis and research and investigation of high impacting or complex issues.
