Position Description:

The EMEA Cash Management Sales team is responsible for distributing money market funds and custom solutions to a variety of client sectors across the region, The team is seeking an experienced VP to join the sales team to drive asset growth through new client acquisition and relationship wallet growth from a portfolio of existing clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have deep investment fluency in money markets and will be responsible for:

  • Leading strategic client targeting and designing engaging meetings that uncover client needs and interests to grow asset levels and revenues.

  • Key account Relationship Management.

  • Working collaboratively with partners across BlackRock to meet clients’ objectives and develop innovative solutions that bring the best of BlackRock.

  • Identifying and onboarding new platforms and banking relationships to broaden distribution.

  • Provide strategic input into developing the service model for clients.

  • Responsible for planning and budgeting for client segment engagement and events.

  • Assist in setting sales strategy and reporting business metrics for the channel

  • Mentor junior team members and add to the Team’s friendly and coaching atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have experience and have demonstrated a strong track record in the following areas:

  • An experienced individual with a consistent proven track record of relationship management and sales delivery

  • Particular knowledge of Money Markets and Short-Term Funding markets preferred (but not essential)

  • Knowledge of Financial Institutions, preferably including Regulatory frameworks, financial ecosystem and liquidity requirements

  • A motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who demonstrates multi-tasking ability and delivery to time and quality

  • Team player and organizational skills a must

  • Ability to communicate at a senior level and operate independently is essential

Our hybrid work model
