Registered Veterinary Nurse – Up to £35,000 – Kings LynnAbout the Company:Our Nurse team proudly stands as part of a larger family, now a community of 65 dedicated professionals. Our Nurse team, the largest unit across our two locations, boasts 30 talented, hardworking, creative, and compassionate individuals. Experience within our team ranges from seasoned veterans with 18 years of expertise to enthusiastic SVN’s.We prioritize compassionate and trustworthy management, ensuring constant support for our nurses. Career aspirations are actively encouraged, with many of our team members pursuing additional certifications.As a fiercely independent practice, one of the few remaining in East Anglia, we offer spacious wards and state-of-the-art equipment, including a CT scanner. Our nurses rotate between ward, theatre, and consults, ensuring a fair and balanced workload. The case load is diverse and engaging, with theatre days involving more than just routine procedures. We maintain a balanced rota to support a healthy work-life balance.What We’re Looking For:We are seeking skilled RVNs or SVNs to work across both of our locations in Crimplesham and Kings Lynn. Understanding that one rota doesn’t fit all, we are open to discussing your needs and how we can accommodate them.Work ScheduleOur nurses work a variety of shifts, including:

• Early: 6:45 am – 3:45 pm
• Core: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Mid: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Late: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Our nurses work one in every five weekends, with the preceding Thursday and Friday and the following Monday and Tuesday off. Additionally, nurses are required to work on the night rotation (7:00 pm – 7:00 am), typically 4 nights over a 10-week period, with appropriate recovery time. Those in college for development are exempt from night duty during term time.

• Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum, based on experience
