Feel the Olympic and Paralympic energy joining us at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, leaving a mark in the sport history!BREAK THE ICE!Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.We are driven by the following values: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.PositionThis position is an integral part of the Venue Development & Overlay (VDO) functional area and will support for the temporary infrastructures delivery of one or more venues in line with the agreed milestones, project plans and budgets reporting to the Delivery Manager.Coordinating overlay delivery for one or more cluster of competition and non-competition venues.Managing of the contract package, scheduling / planning activity and site delivery / safety purposes, through the appropriate softwares.Technical support and coordination of MC26 bidder contractor for the procurement of temporary infrastructure, and in site delivery phase.

Reviewing and managing changes on overlay delivery.Coordination on site of set up and production activities.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES· Develop and report on delivery of overlay projects across a cluster of venues.· Full knowledge of all contract, technical specifications and program· Full knowledge of site management documentation.· Coordinate the delivery team.· Able to review and comment on the proposed design in line with the contract· Support the ongoing relationships with service providers to ensure efficient and effective delivery.· Ensure a high standard of relationship with all internal functions, stakeholders and contractors and the like.· Coordinate cross functional requirements to ensure effective communication and development.· Be aware and comply with the Corporation’s health and safety policies, standards practices and program, and collaborate with H&S Manager to prevent any case of not compliance.Requirements

• Qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management is a plus;
• Experience in the delivery of sporting venues and temporary infrastructures for major sport events. Knowledge of delivery process and site management;
• Coordinator role in a construction / engineering environment;
• IT-experienced, professional use of CAD/BIM softwares, knowledge of usual office softwares;
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary projects. Experience in previous Organizing Committees or Multi Sport Events is an advantage;
• Excellent language skills in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
