Treść ofertyWe are currently seeking a talented and experienced Vendor Management Analyst to join one of our clients in the healthcare industry. Our client is at the forefront of precision health, healthcare digitization, and improving productivity to enhance outcomes for patients, providers, health systems, and researchers globally.Team is located in US. This would be 6-12 months contract.Main duties will include:

• Process IT demand management requests, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget
• Review legal contracts (e.g., scopes of work, change orders) to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies
• Mainly focus would be on ensuring that processed documents are in order
• Negotiate contract terms and costs with vendors to achieve optimal value
• Track, monitor, and manage purchase orders and IT service payments
• Document and manage approvals for IT projects and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processes
• Serve as a Smartsheet expert, enhancing and optimizing existing Smartsheet processes to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Availability to work as close as possible to EST time zone (cooperation with US team)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, sourcing, or relationship management roles, preferably in an IT environment
• Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and contract management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and experience in enhancing process efficiency is a plus
