Job Description:ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:The Knot Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated creative leader to join our Global Creative team. As the Vendor Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision and brand direction for our B2B projects across Bodas, Hitched, and WeddingWire India. We are looking for an experienced individual with exceptional design and brand skills, coupled with strong leadership and management abilities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of leading a diverse group of creative professionals while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment across our global team.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and set goals for a team of designers to fulfill creative deliverables
• Brainstorm and execute innovative, creative ideas to advance our brand vision
• Lead design for major marketing campaigns, demonstrating the capability to translate a creative brief into results-oriented execution
• Create and enforce style guidelines and consistent branding
• Oversee the design quality of marketing designers
• Develop the skill set and competencies of marketing designers
• Produce designs aligned with our international brands while continuously improving aesthetics
• Explore multiple design solutions and iterate quickly on concepts
• Use analytical data to test new design concepts and improve conversion rates on marketing assets
• Stay knowledgeable about marketing design trends and best practices

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design with a strong academic record
• Strong portfolio (please include link or PDF)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software like Asana
• Experience collaborating closely with product development teams to create assets across multiple channels
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented drive with a commitment to exceeding performance goals
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism
• Enthusiasm and adaptability in an environment of constant change
• Knowledge of video production and animation, a plus
• Experience with user interface design and mobile-responsive design
• Previous experience working for a Marketing team
