- performing all daily weekly and monthly tasks linked with execution of open items monitoring on vendor accounts
- taking care of reconciliation of open items on vendor’s accounts, and reduction of number of open items
- developing and maintaining successful working relationships with stakeholders
- reporting, analysing items on vendor accounts in the system
- contacting suppliers and Heineken employees
You are a good match if you have:
- English B2/C1
- very good excel skills
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- knowledge of SAP
- understanding of PTP process, structure and organisation
- good analytical skills
- focus on details
- selfdiscipline
- problem solving skills.
