Job Description

ATS Scientific Products i-Dositecno, we are a leading company in the design and development of machinery for the pharmaceutical sector. Being one of the few companies at an international level with the ability to supply complete aseptic filling lines.

For our factory located in Mataro, we are looking for a Validations Engineer.

Main objectives and tasks:

-Prepare the technical documentation and carry out equipment qualifications with respect to the company’s internal and pharmaceutical regulations, to guarantee the quality of the equipment produced
-Ensure the quality of equipment manufactured by the company and internal projects.
-Draft the technical documentation of the manufactured equipment
-Write and execute qualification protocols (DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ)
-Elaborate the FAT implementation of assigned projects together with customers.
-Carry out SAT/IQ/OQ executions at the client’s home when the project requires it.
-Participate in the continuous improvement of the validation and project documentation.
-Support other departments when needed.
-Other tasks as assigned.

Additional Information

Training and experience:

-Higher degree training course in Chemistry or related to Quality Control. University degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
-English is essential and other languages are valuable.
-Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector (Validations: VIT, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ)
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Notions of design applications: Solidworks
-Notions of electrical systems and automotive.
-Desirable a m

inimum 2 years of experience in equipment qualification, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
