The position

As a Validation Supporter at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Ensure/drive/support project implementation for modifications and new acquisitions.
-Ensure machinery documentation, instructions (SOPs), EPL, and maintenance instructions.
-Proactively seek best practices within the area of responsibility using other sites or networks outside of Novo Nordisk.
-Contact with suppliers/contractors.
-Support, execute, and coordinate validation in projects, in the role of ER/OR.
-Execute projects involving the procurement or modification of machinery and equipment.
-Drive various larger or smaller cross-disciplinary projects as per the SRV concept.
-Support training and confirm readiness for inspection and present processes during audits/inspections.
 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you have:

-Technical background or similar.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical production, including solid experience of quality, GMP, and ISO, as well as a broad understanding of validation processes and techniques on packaging lines.
-Proficient in written and spoken English.
-Proficient in spoken Danish.
-Must be willing to embrace change and demonstrate flexibility in work tasks.

As an individual, you possess good collaboration and communication skills across professional boundaries and disciplines. You are capable of structuring your own work and prioritizing tasks. Additionally, you can engage and coach project members while being quality-conscious.
