The position
Due to increasing demand for our service AM Gentofte is entering a period of expan-sion including the Warehouse. 
As a Validation supporter in the Warehouse, you will be part of the Warehouse team, which consists of two teams with operators and one team with GMP supporters. 
 
As a Validation Supporter at Novo Nordisk, you will among other tasks be responsible for:
•    Ensuring compliance during the implementation of new equipment and facili-ties.
•    Maintaining the validated state of existing equipment and facilities.
•    Furthermore, you are responsible for preparing and participating in inspections requests concerning validation related to the Warehouse.

At Novo Nordisk A/S, validation activities are based on a risk-based approach: science- and risk-based validation. Our validation team strives to adopt a proactive approach to validation, making decisions based on data and risk analysis.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
•    An academical background mechanical engineering or similar.
•    Extensive experience in validation processes and documentation. 
•    GMP and/or lead- / project management experience would be preferable.
•    Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.

As a person you have good interpersonal skills, you are process oriented and can communicate in a simple way. It is also important you support the rest of the team in creating a positive spirit and a good department. You are a team player, leading by going in front and solution oriented.

About the department
Warehouse is part of the Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing, Gen-tofte, and we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manu-facturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Planning & Capacity, Training, and Fi-nance & Procurement. In the department, we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward.
