As the Manager of Validation & Calibration in Teva’s Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) group, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the validation of systems and the calibration of equipment on our site. You will lead a team of 4 validation experts and 3 calibration engineers, overseeing a diverse and complex array of systems and equipment.
This position offers the opportunity to tackle various challenges in a dynamic project environment, collaborating with multiple disciplines. We are seeking a flexible and structured professional with managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Responsibilities

• (Co-)drafting departmental objective and preparing monthly and annual reports.
• Creating, maintaining, and executing weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
• Managing the training status of direct reports.
• Organising the department effectively and maintaining a strong communication structure.
• Coaching employees and delegating tasks appropriately.
• Planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling departmental activities.
• Ensuring effective work methods and cooperation within the team.
• Monitoring work performance and assessing employee performance.
• Overseeing personnel matters and maintaining a qualified team.

Requirements

• Academic or bachelor’s degree in the life sciences field.
• Proven coordination skills related to validation and calibration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably in Pharmaceuticals/Biotech.
• Fluency in English and a strong understanding of system validation standards.
• A highly resourceful leader who contributes to a positive and professional working atmosphere.
