This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality controlRecruitment: You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your locationFleet Management: You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partnersCustomer Consultation: You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of EuropeWhat you need to surf the wave with usSuccessfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualificationAt least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar – career changers are welcomeExperience in leading employees or teams is advantageousHigh service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanorYou are a hands-on and effective communicatorYou are a resilient problem solver and highly organizedYou speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluentlyDriver’s license Class BReady to surf?We look forward to receiving your application!
