Job description

Our client represent the two largest independent retail groups in Europe, based in Brussels. They have built a unique model on the European market that is in constant search for synergies between these two groups while preserving the identity and culture of each of the partner.The position includes:

• The preparation of the negotiation tools, reporting tools and business performance tools.
• The management and control of business performance information.
• The building of processes/tools to analyze, communicate key results to the Management (multi countries and suppliers).
• Active participation in project development (extension, IT…).

With a strong critical and analytical mind you will be the driving force behind the development of the company’s performance:

• Automatization/Uniformization/Securing of Datas.
• Data planning, control, analysis and reporting.
• Production of commercial controlling deliverables (such as the negotiation dashboard, index monitoring, etc.).
• Continuous improvement of commercial processes/systems : consistency, standardization, transparency, automatization…
• Improve transversality between countries datas /process.
• Build the negotiation supports and tools.
• Help the animation of the commercial & legal operations
• Securize and process the transmission of information to our shared service centers
• Involved in projects related to operations, negotiations, development, controlling (e.g. market & category analysis, raw material analysis, negotiation performance measurement, development of data-based tools & systems for decision-making…).

Automatization, Uniformization & Securing of Datas|With a view on international commercial operations and project developmentHardskills :

• Professional command of English, fluent in French and/or German
• Academic Studies preferably in management, statistics, business, IT , engineer
• Strong taste for figures
• Expert command of Excel
• Expert in databases and database management

Directly reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations and working in close collaboration with our purchasing team (EURELEC core business) on a daily basis, you will be in charge of international commercial operations.

Expected salary

€48000 – 70000 per year
