We are looking for a student assistant to join our UX/UI team. A young and international team who together with our Product and Development teams helps shaping the future of IQX, our software platform for the food and feed industries. You will be reporting to the head of Data, Insights and UX/UI and are expected to work approximately 2 days a week (with flexibility during exam period). The position is based at our headquarter in Hillerød.Primary task

• Collaborate with the Product team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Assist in maintaining and developing our design system.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for project planning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with at least two semesters left before graduating (e.g. Information Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Medialogy, etc.).
• Basic understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Figma.
• Knowledge of design systems and their application in maintaining design consistency is a plus.
• Since FOSS is a global organization, it is a prerequisite that you are fluent in English.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
