Location: remote or hybrid – Kraków
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: up to 80- 90 PLN/h net + vat on B2B
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: standard business hours
Methodology: Agile/ScrumWhat will you do:

• Be responsible for understanding product specifications and user psychology to create designs that meet both business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to identify problems, create information architecture (IA), and set delivery expectations with the team
• Produce user experience solutions through various methods such as flow diagrams, mockups, storyboards, and site maps
• Provide support to other team members, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing your expertise and insights
• Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for digital users, keeping user satisfaction at the forefront of all design decisions
• Present your designs and concepts to the team and all stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind your design decisions and responding constructively to feedback

What we expect from you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, product or interaction designer, information architect, or a similar UX-related role
• Proficiency in Figma with speed and efficiency
• Strong understanding of design styles and responsiveness
• Advanced knowledge of Design Systems and basic understanding of design tokens
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex processes
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct and interpret user research
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• A portfolio showcasing functional and user-centric designs
