We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our team to help us support the development of software and digital products.The positionIn this exciting opportunity you will be a part of the UX Product Supply team. We are looking for a UX researcher to support our product teams. Your focus will be to cover all aspects of UX research – from planning and scoping research activities to conducting research using a variety of methods and finally generating and communicating insights and UX methodology in compelling ways.We are searching for a UX researcher that wants to grow and mature our practices and understand how their collaboration and contribution is intertwined with their product (team) and continue to find better ways of delivering value. The UX Product Supply team are currently based in Novo Nordisk new Tech Campus in Ballerup, Denmark, but you will spend most of your time with your product team, which can be in various Novo Nordisk locations among greater Copenhagen.In your daily work you will be part of a product team that drives the entire product process from idea to decommission including product discovery, strategy, portfolio mindset, operations, and prioritization. As a UX researcher, you will be central in all phases of the development work and contribute to establishing good user experiences and processes.Your main responsibilities:To be the UX Researcher in digital projects across the manufacturing processes in Product Supply (PS) designing for our main users; Novo Nordisk employees.Plan, drive, and conduct the research needed for ensuring we address the pains and problems of our end users.Challenge the status quo and help various project teams practice a more user-centric approach to product/platform development.Take the lead on defining problems and finding opportunities for user research across the PS organization.Assess, challenge, and validate ideas and prospects on digitalisation from Business Owners (BO) and other stakeholders through research and insights.Building empathy with our users to agile teams, creating personas, user journeys and other relevant artefacts.Continuously build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.Take part in the continuous development of the Digital Accelerator department.Which competencies to bringWe are looking for a proactive and curious colleague who is strong in generating strong user insights in empathic ways. You are driven to achieve first class results and you can spot new opportunities as well as challenge status quo. You are organized and structured with high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:You hold a degree within human behaviour related research.Proven experience within the field of research.You have experience with driving all aspects of research activities: Planning, scoping, conducting, analysing, and communicating research.You have a broad knowledge of qualitative research methodologies and the proven ability to execute the right methodology to get the needed result.You are experienced in generating and communicating actionable insights to teams of designers, product managers, developers, engineers, and architects.You have experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders in cross-functional teams and can act as a strategic partner in product decisions.You have proficiency in presenting ideas and solutions in a convincing and easy-to-understand manner to different profiles influencing your audience to focus on user needs.Having experience from working in/investigating manufacturing environments is an advantage.You speak and write Danish and English fluently.You are a team player used to work closely together with other disciplines, such as developers, management, products owners/manager, and business analysts.The team waiting for youThe position is in the Digital Accelerator, a fast-moving and highly skilled department helping Novo Nordisk in green field software development. We are currently 150+ people, with 35 experienced UX colleagues. We are 18 nationalities and support diversity in all aspects.
