About the role
You will work as a UX Designer with the Customer’s Health & Care app for customers who have the Customer’s health insurance.
In the role, you need to be able to:
• Develop solutions in line with customer needs and business goals
• conduct usability tests and ensure availability
• base design decisions on research, insights and data
• Take responsibility for driving your product forward
• Be the voice of the user in the team
• Design for a whole, across channels and products.
We believe that you:
• have at least four years of experience in creating digital design
• have relevant education
• Both can follow design patterns and have the ability to think innovatively
• sees accessibility as a matter of course in the design work
• Have a drive to challenge and develop working methods and processes
