Utilities Professional (8 month Paternity cover) – Clean Utilities & HVAC/FMS

We are looking for a Utilities Professional to join our team on a 8 month paternity cover contract. Your primary responsibility will be to secure stable daily operation of Clean Utilities and provide hands-on professional support to our Skilled Workers. In addition, you will provide secondary support to the HVAC/FMS area.

The position
As our new colleague, you will be the daily professional support for our Clean Utilities area and a key sparring partner for the Skilled Workers. You will help ensure stable and compliant operation, coordinate planned maintenance and vendors, and contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvements to secure reliable utilities for production. Secondarily, you will support the HVAC/FMS area with DV handling and release documentation and trend reporting to ensure compliance and smooth operations across utilities.

Key responsibilities

-Ensure stable daily operation of Clean Utilities and provide professional support and troubleshooting together with Skilled Workers.
-Own and drive critical GMP documentation for Clean Utilities, including deviations (DVs), trend reports and release documentation
-Provide secondary support to the HVAC/FMS area, primarily related to DV handling and release documentation, and coordinate with HVAC colleagues as needed.
-Troubleshoot and support root-cause investigations to minimize downtime and reduce impact to production.
-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., QA, maintenance, production and validation) to ensure compliant utilities delivery.
-Coordinate planned maintenance and follow-up activities, including vendor management related to maintenance execution and quality.

Qualifications

You have a relevant Engineering-background (e.g., Mechanical, Process, Building Services) or similar relevant background.

-A couple of years of experience within utilities operations (preferably clean utilities) in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical manufacturing.
-Technical understanding of clean utilities and preferably room conditioning systems such as HVAC, BMS and FMS.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-You have great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders.
-Fluent in spoken and written English. It is advantageous if you can speak Danish.

You will be part of the Reliability Engineering group. We are based in Hillerød, where your new colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you. We are proud to work in a newly established facility which are be supplying the market patients worldwide changing the lives for people living with diabetes and serious obesity. 

Our department is ramping up production to serve even more patients, which makes this position perfect for a candidate eager to work with continues improvements and problem solving to secure a smooth production of the facility. Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499.200 DKK to 734.400 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
