User Engagement Intern

Location: Hybrid (3 times per week in office) or Office based Dublin

Position Summary:

We are looking for a User Engagement Intern, reporting directly to the User Success and Operations teams to help nurture and grow our SMB & E-commerce customer base. Responsibilities:

-Customer Growth: Take the lead in driving account activation, focusing on expanding our ever-growing SMB userbase. Take ownership of their purchase process and post-purchase journey.
-Relationship Building: Get to know our users as thoroughly as possible. From Purchase to order enablement, be the first point of contact. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships. Plant seeds for future opportunities. You’re the bridge between the user’s initial experience and our solutions!
-Relationship Management: Take charge and eagerly tackle the responsibility of staying ahead of all users with order creation and activation with the help of cross functional teams.
-Collaboration: Work closely with our Renewals team, User success, Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless user experience from the first touchpoint.
-Learning and Educating: Become the master of your craft. Use your knowledge to make our users successful. Fearlessly embrace opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:

-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, Sales, Operations, Business analytics
-Strong communication skills no matter the medium you’re interacting with people in. You actively listen, ensure efficiency with the right questions, and infect with your positive energy.
-Experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI and CRM tools is a plus
-Leverage data to set, track, and achieve measurable targets and key performance indicators.
-Driven to constantly learn and evolve to better serve user needs.
-Troubleshoot daily work issues and independently drive projects forward to successful completion.
-Prior summer internship experience in any industry is a plus.
